		<description>As for FuelWatch, my logic used to be the same.  Unfortunately, proving the &#039;did it work&#039; turned out to be a lot harder, since all the reports that said it did was based on one paper, which won&#039;t release it&#039;s data, and neither will FuelWatch (or some such thing), and so then there are papers out there that constructed their own dataset, and lo and behold the positive impact disappeared!  Gah!!  That said, I do like FuelWatch, even if it has a negligable impact if it helps stop people complaining, or the price being hiked during peak hour, I&#039;m happy.  And I don&#039;t even drive!</description>
